Terms & Conditions — 92apk Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "92apk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us": Refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 92apk.bet and any associated mobile applications or downloadable software.
• "Player" / "User" / "you": Any individual who has registered an account on the 92apk platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account": The personal gaming account registered by a Player on the 92apk platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Real Money Balance": Funds deposited by the Player and held in their 92apk account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": Promotional credits awarded by 92apk under specific terms, distinct from the Real Money Balance and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement": The number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "PKR": Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of transactions on the 92apk platform for Pakistani players.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): Identity and address verification procedures required by 92apk before processing withdrawals or reviewing bonus claims.
• "Services": All games, betting markets, payment facilities, bonus programmes, customer support, and any other features made available through the 92apk platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an account on the 92apk platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
2. You are registering as an individual and not acting on behalf of a third party or using a fictitious identity.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently determined that accessing the 92apk platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously had an account on the 92apk platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any fraudulent activity.
5. You are not currently self-excluded from the 92apk platform or subject to any self-exclusion order from a recognised gambling authority.
6. You will maintain only one (1) account on the 92apk platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
7. All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

92apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. These may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully and solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 92apk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or betting agents.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 92apk's customer support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 92apk account and update it regularly.
• Ensure that the email address and mobile phone number associated with your account remain current and accessible to you, as these are used for security verification and account recovery.

92apk shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify 92apk of a security breach in writing via the official support channel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

92apk supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Pakistani players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, Raast, and 1LINK, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change without advance notice.
• 92apk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your 92apk account. Deposits from mismatched accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• 92apk does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are entirely the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for deposits on the account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. Accounts that have not submitted satisfactory identity documents may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, though 92apk endeavours to complete most withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing.
• 92apk reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending additional security checks, particularly for large or unusual transactions, accounts flagged for suspicious activity, or accounts that have not yet met wagering requirements on active bonuses.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

92apk offers a variety of bonus programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before a withdrawal request will be approved from the Bonus Balance.
• Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are published in the Promotions section of the platform.
• Bonuses are intended for single use only. Claiming a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts, duplicate payment methods, shared IP addresses, or any other circumvention method is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• 92apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already in progress will be completed under their original terms where technically feasible.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap where specified in the individual promotion's terms. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 92apk platform — including slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the Help section of the platform. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across the entire platform:

• All non-live casino games on the 92apk platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that each game outcome is statistically random, independent of previous results, and free from any manipulation.
• Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time via HD video stream. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheel, dice) under camera surveillance and cannot be altered by 92apk or any player.
• Sports betting odds are set by 92apk's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to your bet being confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at time of confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movements.

• 92apk reserves the right to void any bet or game round that it reasonably suspects was affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical anomaly — regardless of the displayed outcome at time of error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per round, and per sports betting market. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. Bets exceeding these limits may be partially accepted or rejected at 92apk's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92apk platform. Engaging in any of the following — whether individually or in collusion with others — will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account, regardless of that person's consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform's games or betting systems to gain an unfair advantage. Such exploits must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in relation to sports betting markets on the platform.
• Conducting financial transactions on the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming — including money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to disguise the origin or ownership of funds.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or test the security of the platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure without explicit written authorisation from 92apk.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any customer support interaction.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to bypass geographical restrictions, circumvent security measures, or disguise your true location.

8 Responsible Gaming

92apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available directly from your account dashboard, without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or hard session cut-offs to manage the amount of time you spend on the platform in a single sitting.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a mandatory break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 92apk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session and your net win/loss position.

9 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92apk platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 92apk platform in any medium without prior written consent from 92apk.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software or systems.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software found on the platform.
• Use the 92apk brand name, logo, or trademark in any commercial context, advertising, or public communication without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 92apk's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and will be pursued accordingly.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92apk, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 92apk platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or technical failure.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds data, or account balance displays caused by technical malfunctions or data feed errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game provider whose software is made available on the 92apk platform.
• Any reliance placed on information, advice, or content published on the 92apk platform, including promotional materials, game guides, or betting analysis.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 92apk's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

11.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your 92apk account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding. Accounts with active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will have those bonus balances forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Termination by 92apk: 92apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, bonus abuse, or fraud.
• Receipt of a court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory directive requiring account suspension.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of termination due to breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct, 92apk reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance — and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

92apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92apk will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed upon your next login to the platform.
• An email notification sent to the address registered on your account.
• A prominent notice on the 92apk homepage or this Terms & Conditions page.

Your continued use of the 92apk platform following the publication or notification of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact support to close your account in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page and in the sidebar will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 92apk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which 92apk operates.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and 92apk, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the 92apk customer support team. The majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes are resolved at this level within 5–10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account ID]". 92apk will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

You agree that any legal claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 92apk platform shall be brought individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
